Pam Dignan Dancers Perform at NATO Burns Supper in Naples, Italy

Pam Dignan Dancers performed for NATO’s Annual Burns Supper in Naples, Italy.

In January, a small group of our dancers travelled to Naples, Italy, after being invited to perform at the annual NATO Burns Supper. It was a rare and exciting opportunity, and one they were proud to represent the school at.

Pam accompanied dancers Jacqueline, Tracey, Corinne Docherty, Erin, Mairi and Sophie on the trip, where they performed a selection of dances for high‑ranking members of the NATO and American military, including representatives from the Navy, Army and Air Force.

During their visit, the group also spent time at a local military primary school. They gave demonstrations, met the pupils and taught them some traditional Highland dance steps — a highlight of the trip and an experience everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
